IT’S EASY TO MAKE A PAYMENT:
To reserve your hunt or pay the balance, click the ‘PayPal’ button. A 3.5% convenience fee applies to credit card payments. Personal or business checks are welcome without fees.
BEFORE YOU CLICK:
Know your package cost before proceeding. For a 50% payment, enter that amount when prompted.
INVOICE PAYMENTS:
Enter the payment amount in the next window after clicking the PayPal button.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Prices and dates are confirmed once a 50% deposit is received. Payments are non-refundable but can be applied toward another hunt. Full balance due 30 days before arrival.

50% required to reserve your spot, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments are non-refundable with 1 rescheduling without a fee should your plans change within 30 days of arrival. Call Ken if there’s a snag in your plans.

We welcome payments by check and will reduce your payment by 3.5% if you send payment directly to our bank, ask Ken for more information.
RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule after booking with a 50% deposit, a 20% fee will be added to the full hunt price, depending on availability.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We do not offer refunds after the 50% deposit is made. However, hunts can be rescheduled (with 90 days’ notice) for a 20% rescheduling fee.
BOOKINGS
A 50% deposit reserves your hunt, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Payments via PayPal (3.5% fee) or check are accepted.
ARRIVAL
Check-in after 3:00PM CST. No airport pickups; nearest airport is Amarillo (AMA).

After we retired, our trusted outfitter leased the land and now offers Ken exclusive rights to book hunts for our clients.
