Like the view of the Baja? You can stay with us at Casa Amarillo when you fish. There are 2 options below! There are 2 bedrooms; 1 with King bed and ensuite bathroom, the other with 2 TWIN beds OR a KING bed and an outside entry bathroom that we have just finished. Private entry to both. Walk to the beach less than 800 yards! All accommodations have A/C with WiFi and comfortable bedding with a private pool shared with all.
Gorgeous sunsets, beautiful beaches and a tranquil tourist area that’s easy to get around, are just a few of the reasons it’s become so popular. The city, thanks to its location right on the Sea of Cortez, has the freshest seafood and amazing fish tacos. However, it’s not just about seafood. You can find anything your heart desires at a wide variety of restaurants in La Paz – for any budget. 50% non-refundable deposit required to book your stay. If you plans change we will work with your to reschedule during same calendar year based on our availability.
What to expect:
We’re excited to open our home to guests looking to explore La Paz. Enjoy private bedrooms with ensuite or private bathrooms (accommodating up to 4 guests), plus access to our pool. The main house closes at 10 PM and reopens at 7:30 AM, when we’ll provide coffee, juice, and a light snack breakfast. For $25 per day, optional take-out food service is available.
Please note: All dining and transportation costs are your responsibility, though transportation can be arranged upon request. We also have a reliable local rental car company that provides insured vehicles and will meet you at SJD airport. Seahorse Car Rental

Ken and Roseann are the ultimate hosts! We spent a week with them fishing, diving, snorkeling, and seeing the sights of the beautiful city of LaPaz. A Roosterfish was on the bucket list for Gary, so Ken and Lorenzo put him on a monster the first day. Hector took great care of me, and I caught three! Gary has hunted with Ken in the panhandle many times, and told me before this trip to just listen to what Ken says. Ken is always right and will put you in the best situations. I can’t say enough about our week with Ken and Roseann. We were sore from catching so many fish and from laughing constantly. We will be back!

Experience incredible Baja fishing with our Bay of Dreams packages! Fish on a comfortable 27′ panga with a Bimini top and seating for three. Transportation to/from Fishing Grounds
- Round-trip transportation for up to 3 persons per day: $80 — Tip in pesos, please. (Larger transportation options available for groups using multiple boats.)
